He arrived with a complete package/brochure which included a letter of introduction and an unsolicited list of references of work completed within our local area. Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days. They were extremely tidy in cleaning up during and after the work product was installed. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others. A job very WELL DONE!"

"Fantastic! Trevor worked personally with us from the initial estimate all the way through completion of construction. He ran every number, gave us lots of different ideas, was patient, and had no problem using the design we brought to him. He asked lots of questions and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. We knew he would be busy throughout the summer, but he kept us up-to-date with the timeline and met the scheduled start date. When he did start, he was right there with his two guys, 100% hands-on the whole way through. They were extremely professional, and worked hard, bell to bell, from start to finish. We didn't necessarily know what to expect, but they finished in less than 5 days! After they were done, Trevor made sure we got all the relevant inspection and permit paper work, and our yard looked like they hadn't even been there. Except of course for the deck, which is absolutely spectacular! We've been on it every night since they finished and we love it. We couldn't be happier with Trevor, and we will be calling him again when we're ready to finish the basement. Finally, we'll note that we did our research, received several bids prior to making our initial decision, and Trevor came in the lowest by quite a bit. "We originally scheduled the work in the kitchen.  The bathroom was an add on we felt very comfortable proceeding with when we saw the results of our kitchen floor.  The floor turned out lovely. The stain evened out color in the grout and helped to finish off the whole room.  In preparation for the work the Grout Doctor took time to explain to us differences between sealing and staining the grout and walked us through selecting a color and imaging the effect of different shades on the whole floor.  We felt comfortable with the work when we agreed to it and are very pleased with the result.  The bathroom tile rerouting project was also a success and looks great.

"The project went very well.  Storm damage caused by two trees coming down on two sides of the fence was repaired in 2-3 hours.  The workers reviewed all needed work from the estimate prior to beginning the work.  They even volunteered to replace a top rail from another section of the fence, not included in the estimate, that had been bent in a storm many years before.   The workers were very thorough, did not damage any plants or grass around the damaged areas and cleaned up after themselves.  The workers were knowledgeable and polite.   They made sure everything was nice and straight!  Everything looked very nice when they were finished.  The workers were approximately an hour late from the start time I had been given.  I called and was told they had gotten a late start.  Their good work made up for the lateness.

"The service went very well. They clean everything. Dining, bedrooms, and kitchen. They also clean the inside of the cabinet, tops, and carpet. They did a very good job. I would recommend them. They come in, clean, very respectful, very detail in cleaning. They would ask what you'd want them to do that was not in the package. It was in a timely manner. I wish they were here in Georgia. You don't need to check them. They would walk you through with what they did. It was a good company."
