"Craig Champagne and team did a FANTASTIC job with my front door and rotted trim/siding around it. They replaced it all with PVC material and sealed it up perfect. The rotted section had some intricate designs, and they were able to completely replicate in the PVC - I was amazed. They went above and beyond with the weather sealing on the door, too. The material that was originally used was no longer available, but they were able to improvise nicely. Also, they were on-time every day and great communicators. Mr.CHARLES THURSON came to our house, introduced himself in a proffesional and friendly manner and we immediately bonded as we had so much in common. We are both God loving men and have a strong passion for football.He is very personable and my wife and I ttusted him and knew that he was the man for the job. He surveyed the job meticulously and took extensive notes and explained to me as we walked around the entire fence. He noticed that one of our window frames was damaged and he said that he would take care of that also. He wrote up the contract to our satisfaction, we paid the down payment and he promised to start the job within 45 days. To us that was reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised when he called and said that he would have his crew at my house within 2 weeks! Let me tell you that less than one month after meeting Charles, our fence was completely repaired, painted and look like a new fence. Our fence went from an eyesore to the envy of our neighborhood. Julio was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project - doing all the things a great project manager should. Once I signed the contract they were able to start right away on the project without any delays. Protective covers were laid down in the house to prevent any damage to floors and carpet along the path to the bathroom, and we had a banter out front for all the demo material. The guys did a great job cleaning up space every day. At the end of each day, Julio would check in with me and address any issues and would let me know when the guys would show up the next day. Any time there was a scheduling delay, Julio was always responsive in letting me know what was going on. The end result was better than I could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, and they will be the first call for my next project."
