Clayton is very polite, extremely hard working, and did an AMAZING job: worked very carefully not to ruin walls and floor, no smoking or lunch breaks, no complains about the job being much harder than it looked. "After the excellent work ‘The Builders’ did on my bedroom floors, I returned with another request. My vision was to get a customized rustic headboard and frame. My vision was translated and taken to another level!! We worked collaboratively to create a beautiful unique piece: a King size floating bed. Which through this experience I learned that it’s actually not floating and very secure!! The finish and coating was customized to my liking and turned out even better than I imagined!!! ""They can do it one day" and it took three. Some minute details were a little sloppy (crooked trim, messy caulking) and I was told they couldn't be fixed. One major problem was fixed - our house leans, which I told the Project Manager, and the workers noticed it, but they used a level to put up the siding, which is correct protocol, but it ended up looking crooked because of the leaning house. After I complained, they did redo it, with some objection, but it ended up looking a whole lot better."
