"We built our home some 40 years ago. We had All In Builders Construction Corporation come in and renovate two separate buildings. In an old work space above a 3-car garage they installed an apartment including a living room, bed room, kitchen, bath room and closet. In the second building they renovated two rooms into living areas. In both buildings, the results were essentially PERFECT, beautiful in every detail from the stucco and painting, the trim work, door installations, addition of a split AC system, wiring, and plumbing. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Owen and his crew were great. I'm out of state and got a handful of quotes from contractors. I provided Owen with the first quote and he added in several other things and charged me slightly less than the first guy wanted to. He was easy to talk to and assured me that he would get down to the root of bulging, cracking stucco around both sides of the back patio cover, a leak inside the kitchen window close to the right side of the back patio and 3 feet of stucco that was cracking up off the foundation throughout two panels on the right side of the house. He sent me pictures everyday of the progress and explained the issues he found. I saw the before and after pics day by day the job was getting done and despite not being there I could tell that all the work done was really A+. I would not hesitate to recommend Owen or hire him again in the future. He did everything he said he would and some more."
