"Our agency needed to remodel a shelter kitchen area, and picked IYH from a pool of many RFQ bidders as the most qualified and capable. The contract negotiations were straight-forward, direct, efficient, and very friendly – clearly, this team knows how to work well together. The pre-construction team focused on the agency’s needs and truly “crawled inside” the details in the RFQ.
