"Bill came out and gave us an estimate to repair 2 major cracks in the stucco at our 1930s home, remodeled with an addition in the late 70s/early80s. The remodel had matched stucco but cracks had formed on both sides of the house. Bill came out and did the work in a day, he also repaired many other cracks and various items on the exterior of the house. They were not related to his work but he gave us guidance on how to fix them even though it gave him no benefit. My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood.
