"Excellent job painting and repairs"

"I am well pleased with the performance of the workers and also the project manager Connor for my siding project. Would highly recommend to all my friends."

"My experience with Joel at HG Services, has been satisfying. They Came out to the house, we went over everything I needed done, then they were right to work. I have multiple jobs and he has come through with good work on all of it. Great pricing and ontime, I would recommend for your jobs around the house, not just lawn care."

"I was disappointed in the Angies List Special Deals. The ad said do not contact the service provider prior to purchasing the deal. Well dummy me I did not contact the service provider to request an estimate for the work that needed to be done. I would prefer to have an on sight estimate to confirm the amount of hours or the cost of the service. When I called to schedule the appointment I was reminded that I purchased only 4 hours of service
I received 4 hours of drywall repair but it was not enough. They did return the next day to touch up after it was dry. However, the biggest area of concern I had (the most visible bump in the wall) was not restored completely.
In addition, since the company named included painting I thought they might offer to estimate the cost of painting the room for me. They lost that sale, for not making an offer.
When I had the walls painted the painter had to complete more work on the drywall, plus the paint bubbled from the drywall repair. This caused me extra work and money.
I will not purchase another big deal. I would have been better off with complete drywall repair and painting service.

"I cannot say enough for this company and its owners. After they did a great job re-siding our house last fall, I hired them to handle the bathroom remodeling. They worked very hard and very fast to get this pretty big job done and all the workers were very professional and very friendly. The tiling job has some tricky spots with the stone molding, but the workmanship was really A+ and exceeded our expectations. They are also incredibly easy people to deal with. Their number 1 concern is keeping the client happy and you can get them on the phone whenever you need them. The owner was on the job site every day checking in and making sure everyone was on the same page. My wife and I had a couple very minor issues with a couple things at the end and they brought the whole crew over and worked until we were 100% satisfied. As a side note, my wife and I were out of town and our house was broken into. The bad guys ripped apart the back door frame to kick in the back door. Obviously this was a problem since if it was not fixed that day, it would very easy for them to come back and have easy access. So I called up Sam's Siding and explained the situation, that we needed it fixed as soon as possible. They had a carpenter over within 2 hours to fix it and my mother in law was able to secure the house as a result. So lastly, their prices are also the best I've found. I got multiple quotes for the bathroom and the siding job and theirs was always the best. If they encounter a situation like wood rot that needs additional work, that work is completed at cost."

"Excel Pro was great!  I had a short deadline and they were able to deliver - they gave me an estimate the day after I called, and then fit me in several days later.  They came right on time, and did a fantastic job.  My house looks brand new!  The roof cleaning was an add-on - after seeing how great my house looked after the pressure washing, I realized that my roof was in bad shape.  They agreed to do the roof cleaning that day and gave me a good price on it.  I  gave them a B on price, only because their estimate for washing the house was about 30% higher than the other 2 bids I received (although their prices for all other services were about the same as the other bids).  But they do a "soft washing" which I think is better for the siding than a pressure washing, and they were able to schedule me within a couple of days, which I appreciated. They had a 2-3 guys at my house from about 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, and I can't imagine anyone doing a better job, so I feel like they charged a very fair price.

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."
