"I have used Greg Jungkuntz, the owner of Smiley's Painting and Home Repair, for several small jobs over the last couple of years, and have always been very pleased with his work. This year he painted the entire exterior of my house. I had waited a little too long to get this done, so there was a lot of repair work to be done due to weather damage over the years. He did a wonderful job. He was very meticulous and gave conscientious attention to every detail. He helped me pick the colors, and repaired siding, trim, and window sills, as well as painting. My neighbors have been very complimentary about how nice the house looks now. He was very responsive to my requests, and made sure that I was happy with what he was doing at every stage. I would recommend him for all kinds of handyman work as well as painting, both because of the high quality of the work he does, and because he is very reasonable in his pricing. He responds quickly in an emergency, too, as I learned when I had a leaky basement problem. He helped me diagnose the problem, find the right vendor to fix the outside drainage problem which caused the leak, and cleaned and painted the affected room. I recommend him highly."

"C.J came out to our home to inspect the work only a few days after I contacted them I was impressed with his knowledge of what had to be done. l When I mentioned that there was dampness in the basement need where the porch was overhead, he immediately said he would add flashing to fix the problem. I was impressed that he was not a sub-contractor as the service I had been using. I could be assured of quality work each time they came to my house. I liked how clean and organized his Mr. Handyman truck was, and the quality of his tools. Here, I thought, is a real professional who takes pride in his work. The entire structure was well made. I was especially concerned that the step railing was sturdy and made to last .He even brought his own generator to power his tools, since there was no easy access to an outside outlet, and I needed to leave for a while.

The sales person got back to me and answered all my questions, the installation crew was incredible and they did a really great job and there are very little seams on my whole house. The clean up crew was great and the whole job for the entire exterior of my house was done in two days. They installed siding for the whole house, installed soffit and fascia boards, and installed the gutters and downspouts. The house looks phenomenal and they did a really great job. "Wind got ahold of siding at top of house under the roof. It couldn’t be nail back down , it needed to be replaced and I had another piece of siding that needed to be replaced, but the siding was to old to match but David the owner did a great job in finding the closest match. It looks great and I am happy with the results. The job was done in a timely manner which helped out a lot . The crew did a great job. Thanks Mary"
