"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Paul and John did an outstanding job, were very honest and personable. Adjusting the pitch was extremely important to us: the builder of our house, had the slab (which included the a/c unit and  garbage cans) slanting downwards towards the garage. As a result, whenever it rained heavily, water seeped under the side garage door and rotted the wood in the frame and door. Many other handy men had told us that nothing other than putting in a whole new slab would solve the problem. This was truly a relief!. We also asked Paul about repairing hairline cracks in our lanai floor. Paul told us that he didn't feel right taking money for something we could do ourselves. He went with me to Lowe's and showed me the right caulk to buy, and we were able to fill in the cracks ourselves. I intend to call him first about any repair that comes up!

"I had roof repair at my home and gutter and siding replacement on my rental. Both went well, I had a problem with the siding and they came out and fixed it.

"We had a gas leak so we needed the range replaced. They delivered the new one, and did their job which was to deliver and hook up the range. They said their contract forbid them from doing anything else, so they couldn't help when we discovered that the new range was wider than the old one, and pushed up against the cabinets on both sides. For some reason now, the smoke alarm goes off every time we cook.

The price of their services has gone up, so we have since switched companies.
