"We met Mike several years ago at the Home Show and had him come to our home to discuss the job we needed done. He arrived on time and explained everything with a fair quote. (I replaced the wreath at the end of the day, mama robin came back, and babies started hatching the next day!) It's those extra little things that make a difference that make these guys so special!!
