"We had storm damage on our 1950's rambler--the roof/gutters/siding all needed to be replaced. This was complicated when lead was found in the paint of our redwood siding. We had several contractors come out, assess the damage and then never responded again. When Rick's came out to give us a quote, they were on time, gave us a fair, clear quote and met with our insurance adjuster to make sure the adjuster understood the complexity of the project and the potential cost. Without Rick going to bat for us with the adjuster, we could never had afforded to get our house properly fixed. Rick's replaced our entire exterior including removing/replacing the windows, soffits, facia, gutters, roof and siding. It was a major renovation on our little house and garage. Everything proceeded smoothly, they showed up when they said they would, the costs were what they said they would be and the materials and workmanship were top notch. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend them to anyone."

"Our home is stucco and has white stucco trim.  The trim had become dirty-looking over time.  Bill McClellan came out promtly when we asked for an estimate.  He gave us two different options for addressing the situation, carefully explaining the pros and cons of each.  The options were different in price, but he didn't push us toward one or the other.  We chose acrylic painting of the trim rather than a new finish.  Bill came promptly, worked quick and cleanly, asked us to look over his work after it dried, and came back to fix the very small items we asked him to rework.  Our experience working with him was very good, and we would definitely recommend him to anyone."

"I hired Joe (owner) and his team to replace my old masonsite siding with new vinyl, and install new gutters. Joe was transparent from our first interaction and listened to what I wanted. When they started the job I was surprised to see Joe helping his crew and working alongside his team, making sure everything was done perfectly. His team was professional, efficient, and very accommodating always asking permission if they could stay late, come early, or if I was okay if they stopped by on the weekend. Even with rain they worked quickly and made me feel like a priority.
