"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We bid the work to 3 different installers and Window World was much less. We were able to get 5 widows for less than the other installers wanted for 4 windows. However, getting the work scheduled took too much effort on our part. 
Once the windows were delivered to their warehouse, we received an email that someone would now call us to schedule the work.  After waiting several days and no one had called yet, I did what the email suggested.  Namely, I called them and scheduled the work.  According to their advertisement, they were supposed to call us between 8 and 9am on the scheduled day to give us a time of arrival.  No call came until about noon.  They apologized and said that the rain had delayed them and they could come out about 3:00pm.  
They didn?t show up at all that day.  So I called the next day and the day after without getting a response.  The weekend came and went and still no call
back.  So I tried again and finally spoke with someone who said they wouldn?t be able to come out for another 3-4 days.  It was obvious at that point, since we only had 5 windows, that our work was being used as fill-in.  I resorted to threatening cancellation and was able to get the work scheduled for the next day.
This time they called ahead and gave us a time frame that they met. The installation went relatively smoothly.  The installers were quick, cooperative and communicated well. After they left, I did a closer examination of the outside work area. I found the wood framing had some minor damage which I had to repaint.  Also, there were a few minor areas where the caulking could?ve been more thorough and I will need to correct. But, all in all, I got what I expected; but not what I had hoped for.

However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."
