"We called ESTABLISHED CONSTRUCTION to replace & reattach several pieces of aluminum siding fascia that were blown off one side of our home during a severe wind storm and to seal up a few areas on the other side of the house where birds were nesting in the eaves. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."

"Honest, responsive and reliable. Lincoln was initially hired to replace/repair rotten facia boards . They wrapped the existing boards in aluminum while replacing rotten sections as needed. I requested additional unplanned work to remove siding from bay windows and to repair and paint the underneath trim. Al is quite personable and he made every effort to ensure that I was satisfied with the work being done. Just to add that Luis, his assistant, is an excellent craftsman.
