This was a very good experience from the beginning.  My contact was always with Bill McClellan, who would always return phone calls timely.  I had some cracks in my garage stucco due to normal settling and wanted them patched. The estimate was the same as I'd gotten from another company, but Bill provided more detailed information about the repairs, and mentioned that one of the areas required new metal lath.  He also offered me an Angie's list discount.

The work crew did a great job. They used a drop cloth and tape around the service door.  The work was efficient, too.  I saw the truck, the work and clean up was done quickly, and suddenly the truck was gone.  I needed to have one additional patch done and, again, I looked out the window and saw that it had been completed (early on a Saturday morning).

I would not hesitate to use this company again.  I did meet Bill in person and he is a very easy person to work with, but also is professional.

"We had facia and trim replaced on the back of our home as well as drip edge added to the roofline. David and his team were quick, professional, thorough and did everything they said they would do to complete our project. We’d definitely hire them again!"

"Every part of the project was a thoroughly professional experience from the quote to review of the completed siding. These are the business and trades people that you dream of finding when you do not have a reference from friends or family. William's demeanor and questions at the sales quote visit immediately showed his experience and competence. Project supervisor Nick was an excellent communicator and a skilled tradesman. The crew was friendly, polite and did an excellent job installing James Hardy siding and aluminum soffit with fascia. It looks great and feels even better with lower heating bills already. Jennifer in the office kept us informed and updated. Contract, price, materials, labor, service and completion review were all outstanding. They also went above and beyond to demolish and build a new deck in time for a summer ending birthday party. I would not hesitate to call them for our next project and neither should you."

"They showed up promptly, answered our questions, and removed the asbestos from 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms."

"Jim and his crew did a great job replacing the siding on our home. The quote was very competitive, and the quality of the work was excellent. There are a lot of moving parts with a siding job, and we were very pleased with how it was all handled, how it all came together, and the finished result."

"Adrian and his crew did a fantastic job. I was originally going to side the house myself, but I found summer dwindling and my time short. I called several companies and Adrian had the lowest cost, and could do the project with specific siding that I had picked out and already matched paint to. Adrian sourced the siding product, and set a start date. Much to my surprise, Adrian soon called me and said they could get the project done even sooner and started the next day. You will have his personal cell number, so accessing him for any concerns is easy. Thanks!"

"I logged onto Angi around 9am on a Saturday in search of a handyman. Within an hour David from Northland Exteriors Inc reached out to me to inquire what I needed done/gave me a quote. On Tuesday morning David came to my home. He fixed a broken kitchen cabinet, repaired a broken fence in my backyard, and gave me tips on an issue I was having with my kitchen sink. My overall experience with Northland Exteriors Inc was phenomenal from beginning to end. I found David to be very professional as well as knowledgeable. I give him an A+ and I’d 100% do business with him again as well as recommend Northland Exteriors Inc to others."

"After getting a bid from Cady this summer, I hired them to do some work on my house (clean gutters, install gutter covers I'd purchased and fix a piece of siding). They agreed to do the work on September 10 at 1:00 p.m. They didn't show, and they didn't return my calls over the next couple of days. I felt they wasted my time. I gave them an F rating here and moved on to look for other handyman companies. Except that finding another company turned out to be easier said than done (the ones I contacted didn't serve my area or didn't want to do work on a 2-story house or were booked for months). A week later, my contact at Cady called to apologize. He said he'd gone out of town and the people back at the office dropped the ball. He offered to do the work for a reduced fee. I hadn't hired another company and was starting to wonder if I'd find one before winter, so I agreed to hire them. Two workers showed up as promised on September 21. They did a great job and were knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I were very happy with the work, and we would hire them again.
