"Kevin did excellent work, on time, and at a very reasonable price. We had extensive woodpecker damage to the wood siding on our cabin at Mille Lacs. Kevin recommended seamless steel siding, sent us a color wheel, scheduled us in a reasonable period of time after we agreed to hire him, started and finished on time. Excellent fit and finish on our new siding, fascia boards, and soffits. Good clean up. Kevin found some rot in the studs supporting our lakeside windows. After a phone discussion, he replaced the studs and the windows the next day, picking up materials in Brainerd on the way to our property. They look great. Can't go wrong with Kevin."

"PRO's 1) Returned my call same day as inquiry. 2) Visited my property next day. 3) Called me from my property with quote. 4) Roof was installed two days later. 5) Was willing to take over when another roofing contractor left us high-and-dry. CON's 1) I have to dig deep for a con. The price for labor was higher than we had anticipated, but we needed the roof installed before the first snowstorm hit. We were really happy with the service we received from Mike and we would gladly recommend them to our friends & family."

"Mike responded quickly and timely from the first call my husband made requesting a quote to the completion of the job. His crew was fast and efficient, plus respectful of our property and landscaping. Even the music they played while working was at a respectful volume! They did a good job with a thorough cleanup. My husband and I were very pleased and would definitely recommend them."

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
and flowing water sound near the small deck.
The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.

We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"Brother’s Construction did an amazing job! We were 150 miles away for the whole project. We didn’t have to worry about overseeing a thing. Everything was done perfectly, we were kept up to date. Very professional and trustworthy with quality on time work! Not easy to find all of those things in one company!"

"I have had my roof shingled twice by Building Materials Plus due to hail storms and both times they did an excellent job. The work was done in one day and everything was cleaned up and extra materials were gone the next day. I had quite a few bids for the work I needed done and their pricing was the lowest both times."

"I would not recommend them. The morning after a hail storm hit they told us that if we let them put a sign in our yard that they would pay our insurance deductible. Communicating to the employees was very difficult, and they were not able to meet our request. They didn’t pay our deductible after all; they took $500.00 off our final bill instead. We won’t be hiring them to do anymore work for us. They told us that they knew the siding on our house was discontinued, because they were the ones that did it five years ago. They said that since it was discontinued, we could get new siding on our whole house, but they were unable to fulfill that offer. They said a lot of the things we wanted to hear, but was unable to provide the services. They got a lot of work from everybody in our neighborhood due to the storm, and we believed that because they were a local company they would do honest work, but that wasn’t the case.

UPDATE!!

After using Angies List the provider wanted to make it right with us.  The owner himself came and finished up some things that were not finished in the first time around and fixed other wear and tear on our siding from the last couple years at no cost.  He apologized for the service we received 2+ years ago and said it will never happen again.  The original salesman that lied to us at the beginning of all of this was fired and no long works at Lacina. "

"Have used them for years on residence and rental- only one bad experience in many years-have saved considerable money overall."
