They removed the old siding, fixed the framing properly, and put up new siding that blends in perfectly with the original. You’d never know anything was replaced. Super impressed with the work. "I had their salesman, Jack, come out for a demo and estimate at the end of  November 2011.  He did a very good presentation and answered my questions without pressure to buy.  I went ahead and purchased 12 windows.  The windows were ready in January and were installed by Dennis and his crew.  I was very impressed with their work ethic and professionalism.  The windows look great and operate perfectly.  ( I had the wrap added...looks awesome!).  We've have several very windy days and a few rainy ones and there have been no problems with any of them so far.  I am very pleased with the windows and service. They cleaned up the mess and hauled away the old windows.  I would buy from them again.  In fact, I will consider them when I have my house siding done this summer."

From Armond taking my first call and answering questions, to Joel talking us through each option and helping us decide colors (we picked Deep Ocean and Artic White trim). From Stefanie and Crystal in the office helping with questions along the way and Cliff being available almost all day, every day during our week of install. I had so much anxiety the week of construction, not knowing what they'd find tearing off siding on a 66 year old house. Cliff was so patient and walked us through every issue that came up. He ensured all of our fears and concerns were addressed and helped us find practical solutions to some placement issues we had with vents, lights and wires on our old house. "We had a serious damaged stucco wall on the front of the house. I called Jason at Tri County for an estimate, he was very prompt to call back and set an appointment to see the job and give me an estimate. We hired him to do the job, he told us when he would be here and estimated time to do the job and he did what he said he would do. We had a couple days of weather delays and he always called to let us know and re-schedule. Jason is the only contractor that communicated and did what he said he would do and when. His crew did an excellent job, if you every have need to repair stucco I would highly recommend Tri County."

"The sales person was very informative. The guys that installed the windows & trim seemed very knowledgeable. I only had a couple complaints about their work. #1-The expandable foam installation was not filling in the spaces around my new windows, and I had to point this out. They went back and corrected this on the windows I saw. #2-My major complaint was the very poor clean-up after completion. The "foam" got on furniture, scraps in my air ducts, exterior caulk on my newly replaced roof. My dad always said to leave a project better than when you found it, including cleaning."
