Marc is extremely responsive, personable, professional, proactive, knowledgeable and he has a team that is equally superb when installing new windows and siding. It’s weird to think you could enjoy working with a contractor so much, but I really appreciated all of Marc’s help. I literally emailed him dozens of times even before we decided to work with him with many questions and he always responded quickly with his suggestions. Once we confirmed we would work with him, his responsiveness and proactivity continued! Always checking in on how the jobs were going, being cognizant of our newborn when visiting, and just generally being a good human. "Johns Roofing Siding and Windows recently replaced our old roof, windows, siding, and gutters. Their work & work ethic is spectacular! The price and product warranty cant be beat. All work far exceeded any expectations we had, and the finished product is absolutely stunning. They were always accommodating to any thing we asked of them. All work was immaculate, and each day the crew did an excellent job cleaning up all work areas. We have future work that we will be having them do because they are simply the BEST!"

"Wow what a transformation. Sensible home products did an amazing job. In fact anytime I look at my house, I feel satisfied. There was no short cut. Everything was done as discussed in the contract. Even we decided to make some changes/ modifications to the contract and he did accommodate us. This company stand tall. During the siding job, my solar company was over charging me to remove some stuff before the siding. Sensible home product guy (Jeremy ) the owner brought in a qualified electrician to come and do the job for 30% less that what the solar company was charging. I would definitely recommend sensible home products for your siding job. Excellent job."

"Excellent!Brian was very professional and accurate he was knowledgeable of what I needed done.Brian ran into an issue while installing my faucet and needed to reschedule to come back and fix it he rescheduled in a timely manner even though he was very busy with other jobs Brian refused full payment until the job was complete Brian was a huge help with everything I recommend valerie Spencer interiors and Brian for all your home improvement projects I will be recommending him to all I know who need work done."
