Our job involved rebuilding our entire siding chimney, replacing much siding and rotted work, reworking and painting soffits, new gutters, putting on leaf guards, misc. exterior repairs, rebuilding our front porch railings and painting the entire house. We were absolutely thrilled to see the A+ job they did, sticking to their bid, working quickly and with very skilled workers (best painting I've ever had). Chuck, our job manager, was on top of everything - he quickly made any requested changes or corretions, and was very knowledgable about all aspects of home construction. The owner was always there when the city came to inspect for permits, and the house was built to all the codes. We are not used to having such perfect work from uncomplaining constructions folks! "Baumgras Consultants LLC is by far the best contractor that I have ever dealt with in my 55 years. Levi Baumgras is the owner and proprietor of this company and by far the most professional and reputable person I have ever dealt with. He did all the work and had it completed in 2 days. The contractor that did our original fence must have paid people to put good reviews on their site, because we had checked out their reviews and they had 4 and a half stars out of 5, but the job that was done by by the original contractor was the worst thing we've ever had done. However, the work that was done by Mr. Baumgras was by far worth every penny and done ? times better than the first contractor. I would recommend Baumgras Consultants LLC to anyone else that needs a great, and professional job done. He was very respectful and very polite, and was very respectful of our property."
