Excellent worksmanship (product appears almost seamless) and thorough clean up after the job. Our old house has settled and windows are crooked. The workmen cut in around them with good precision. We will have the opposite end of the house sided in the spring and will hire Beantown again to do it."

"United Home was excellent.  They are very professional and really know what to do.  Our roof had been done by a builder iin 2007 and we had leaks and mold issue.  United stripped the roof, took off all plywood with mold and put new roof on.  They were very quick and were wonderful.  In my opinion there is no one better.  Their knowledge about all products, be it roofing, or siding or windows, etc. is exceptional. "

I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. "I was very happy with this company from the delivery of materials to the courteousness of the crew and the workmanship they did. There was one day of rain which delayed the start of the project, and they still finished on time. About three months later I had an issue with some loose siding and the gutters not properly catching water. "I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Door & Window! All the windows in my house had lead paint that was chipping on the exterior window sills. I am pregnant and was afraid that even the slightest breeze would blow all the lead dust into the house and harm myself or my child, when born. 
I called about 20 window guys, siding guys, contractors, etc.  to see if anyone would aluminum coil wrap the window sills so the lead wasn't exposed. A bunch of the companies came over and told me that it was too much work, it wasn't worth it, or they just didn't do that type of job. When I reached out to Precision Door & Window they were willing to come over that week. The workers said they had never done this type of job before, but were willing to do a sample to see if it was what I wanted. It was spot on! 
The workers actually thought they were doing something else with the windows before they arrived (probably because I did not explain it well), but were very flexible in listening to what I wanted. I really appreciate their willingness to take on a job they had never done and they did it well! My window sills look brand new! The whole job took less than the quoted time and was at a very competitive price ($100/window).
