"Great friendly people. Father & son responded to my question on finding someone to put up a small retaining wall/flower garden edge. I had figured 3-4 block high and we had all the materials. They hadn’t really done this before but were willing to do it, met with me & looked things over, gave me a reasonable bid, and were ready to start the next day. I had never done a wall, so would be going by youtube videos anyway. I knew with my time schedule it would take many weeks for me to complete, and if they figured a few days to a week, perfect! Weather slowed the progress but they would put in a couple hours when they could before the downpours ended their day. Which was fine. Heard they redid things a couple times just to make sure it was getting down right. Finished product looks great and I’m sure I couldn’t have done it any better – probably a little worse! Very satisfied with their work, timeliness, and clean-up."

"I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. My old "farm" house is 2 stories, plus a walk-up attic, so this would have cost me a fortune as there is a lot of "territory" to be covered. It still is going to cost me a fortune, but Raul covered every crook & cranny to cut my costs immensely to make it affordable. I am so grateful for his assistance. "I hired Twin City Home Services to tear down a wall, correct plumbing/electrical in my kitchen, and upgrade a custom workspace desk. All the work was expertly done on a timely basis. I really can't say enough good things about TCHS. Easily a 10/10. My house is older and has some unique features and they adapted and corrected. TCHS was reasonably priced and HONEST. I had some scope changes where they could have taken advantage but did not. I recommend TCHS for most projects. I'll never call anyone else."

"Working with the teams that completed the actual work on my new siding, roof, and gutters were great! However, dealing with the sales managers in the office was incredibly disappointing. I was told my contract was *all inclusive* when I signed, yet my drip edges were not replaced and then I was told that they were not in the contract. Then my gutters needed an additional 25 that was not in the contract. An additional $250 later, and all was done. No concessions, no apologies for their mistakes."
