He does care about our homes and values the trust needed for such a project. The communications Ray provided were timely, accurate, and necessary. His estimates on price and time were spot-on. Photos of the work were provided throughout and Ray made sure I understood all the elements of the roof replacement."

"I contacted NMTI-GC to help me figure out the best way to replace the old tar roof on my concrete block garage. My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. "They did our siding and replaced a few windows. The siding was fine, but they left unpainted wood and unfilled nail holes in the trim of all the windows they replaced. They left nails scattered through our yard through the winter (which was understandable because of the snow), but after the snow melted, they kept telling us "we'll schedule something soon" for almost 6 weeks. We had to threaten to file an HIC complaint to get them to schedule the work."

"The experience was very stressful. The siding crew was very rough on our 1774 home. They damaged portions of the trim, a window, and the metal roof. I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. I had doors replaced by Power on a previous job and was very satisfied. I would be cautious recommending Power for siding replacement on a similar old house."

They didn't try to nickle and dime us and also respected our time when giving us a quote, unlike some larger, national companies we received quotes from. They set up and completed the entire job in a whole day (about 12 hours- we had 3 layers of roof on our house). Freddy checked in on the job site intermittently throughout the day and he and his crew were very professional. This was a few weeks ago and we have not found any scraps or nails left behind. Overall, we would hire Golden Group again in the future and have no reservations recommending them to others."
