He went out of his way to help me submit my original roof for warranty because of defective shingles. "No clean up - the clean up is failing, the communication wasn't good. I never heard of a company that doesn't provide you with an invoice or give you something stating that it was paid in full. They didn't even offer to send a receipt. They told me they don't send invoices when I requested one. You have to babysit their crew. Customer pays the price for the job because you can't communicate since they don't speak English. Communication failed."

"Brian contacted me promptly to set up a time for an onsite inspection of the ceiling repairs work needed to be done. He identified the particular method of applying a patterned texture that would need to be used for the repair to have it match the existing ceiling. While there, he provided a firm price quote that was reasonable, especially given his ability to do the work within a couple of weeks. The work was completed very professionally, with several visits to allow for curing and finishing steps to be done properly. The results were excellent!"
