"Bill came to the house and provided an estimate with a couple options because of the garage. We did not have a deadline so Bill tried to find a time when we weren't facing rainstorms. Scaffolding was erected first around the house. When they began work plastic tarps were laid out and cleaned up every day as they completed the work. Re-dashing involved a base coat, which was brushed on and then a texture with a slightly darker color, which was troweled on. The base was applied very thoroughly and the texture artistically. With a couple of interruptions for rain the process took about a week and a half. The estimate was $7200 to $8600 depending on options. We did a third option and the cost was $7500. We could not be more pleased with the work and the results and we would highly recommend them for anyone doing a re-dash."

"I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. My old "farm" house is 2 stories, plus a walk-up attic, so this would have cost me a fortune as there is a lot of "territory" to be covered. It still is going to cost me a fortune, but Raul covered every crook & cranny to cut my costs immensely to make it affordable. I am so grateful for his assistance. "For various scheduling and medical reasons, we have been unable to do many of our home projects that need doing. Andrew has been a terrific help. The jobs he's done so far for us are a repair water damages walls in a basement bathroom (including new drywall, mudding, etc., replacing trim, painting walls and trim) ($775) and replacement of an exterior door and frame that were rotted and misshapen ($1200 (including the door, which alone was $550)). We also have some issues with some of the cement blocks around the base of our garage walls that I asked Andrew to take a look at, but he said was outside his expertise. I took this not as a sign of limitation, but rather of honesty. Andrew will be coming back in the next few weeks to install a new utility tub and replace the window and door trimmings on the exterior of the house that are rotting with age. Andrew communicates timely and has been very gracious about accommodating our chaotic schedules. I am one with an eye for detail and expectation of high quality work product and Andrew has not disappointed. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew's services to others."

"I hired Eroof to completely replace my aging cedar shake roof in Mound, MN with a new premium asphalt roof (Certainteed presidential TL). They did a great job. They communicated well. The quality was high. I would use them again and they were competitively priced with other leading roofing companies in the area."

"Zak, the sales person does an awesome job explaining and showing the products they offer. They were upfront about any possible delay in getting the project started due to the horrible hail damage that occurred at the same time when the windows for our home arrived in the warehouse. Communication is ok for the most part, could be better. I found myself having to take more initiatives to call for an update. They have been responsive to my calls and any new concerns i have after the project was completed. My biggest issues was, I was told our project will only take roughly a week to complete (windows, sidings, and front door) as weather permits, but it took over 2 weeks and a couple extra days to complete. The contractor that came out was a two men team. They were great, and really took their time to make sure the project was completed smoothly and with quality, but it took way longer than we had want it to. And then once it was done, the dumpster stayed for another few days, and we never knew when they were going to come and pick it up."

"I couldnâ t be happier with the work that Pro Custom Builders did for me. I had a piece of facia come loose and needed to be replaced. Tony was able to determine the manufacturer of the original facia based on photos and some information I provided. The facia was 17 years old and I was thrilled that he would be able to match what I had on the rest of my house. When the day came to fix the issue, he walked me through his plan to safely access the area that needed to be replaced, which was on an awkward spot of my roofline between the house and attached garage. After the work was done, he explained what he did and even mentioned a few siding issues that he noticed. It was a pleasure working with him and I will definitely be calling him for any future projects."
