"I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. "For various scheduling and medical reasons, we have been unable to do many of our home projects that need doing. Andrew has been a terrific help. The jobs he's done so far for us are a repair water damages walls in a basement bathroom (including new drywall, mudding, etc., replacing trim, painting walls and trim) ($775) and replacement of an exterior door and frame that were rotted and misshapen ($1200 (including the door, which alone was $550)). We also have some issues with some of the cement blocks around the base of our garage walls that I asked Andrew to take a look at, but he said was outside his expertise. I took this not as a sign of limitation, but rather of honesty. Andrew will be coming back in the next few weeks to install a new utility tub and replace the window and door trimmings on the exterior of the house that are rotting with age. Andrew communicates timely and has been very gracious about accommodating our chaotic schedules. I am one with an eye for detail and expectation of high quality work product and Andrew has not disappointed. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew's services to others."
