"It went so well that before he left we asked Victor to give us a quote on another project. We hope to start soon. Victor always commmunicated with us, was always punctual, cleaned up whatever mess there was and is very trustworthy. If we ever had a concern about any work we could bring to Victor's attention and he would explain and /or remedy. We bought the materials and Victor would meet with us at Home Depot to select and advise on moulding and then transport to our home. We know he is licensed and can do many other services such as plumbing and electrical and will be our "go to" guy. Can't wait to finish next project."

"I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."
