"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

Our point of contact was Gary Courtright who did an excellent job in communicating, estimating, and coordinating the repairs and roofing shingle replacement for our rather large and expansive home in Fruit Heights, Utah, where in some years, the canyon winds through our town can exceed 100 MPH.  After 25 satisfactory years on our old roof, we contracted Kimball to complete some extensive roofing plywood repairs, re-flashing, re-membraning, and re-edging of the entire 6,000 SF roof.  Per Gary's expert advice, plus Louie and Rohojolo outstanding installation, we ended up with a very attractive and fully sealed roof that will probably last twice as long as our previous roof.  We now have a Tamko 50 year architectural shingled and ridged roof that can now withstand winds up to 150 MPH.  SUPER. JOB WELL DONE !

"They came early and did the complete roof while we were out of town. We were amazed, but discovered the crew did not replace some weak decking that we had discussed. The boss came out and looked at the roof again, and agreed with us the decking in several spots needed to be replaced. Within the same week, the crew came back out and tore off the brand new roof, fixed the decking, and replaced another brand new roof.

I was very impressed with their crew and attention to detail. They did not make any money on my roof, as they did it twice, and didn't charge me a penny more to fix what I was not happy with. I am completely sold on this company. If you are not happy with anything, they will fix it. I highly recommend this company!

Those 3 guys came in and really reassured the customer with their innovative ideas for problem areas and willingness to do extra things for which they aren't obligated. They keep the communication going where a large business can't. In fact, my only negative experience with Sears was the phone tag with the project coordinator. But, that's to be expected with a large business. Thankfully, the siding crew filled in the gaps."
