He was very efficient, came at the time we agreed upon, and offered options as to how to best do the job which was to repair my driveway pavers and refresh the driveway, walkway, and lanai pavers. Ron and his son worked efficiently to restore the pavers with an end result with them looking better than new. I would highly recommend this team as they did a wonderful job plus stayed within the original estimate. Ron works in other surfaces as well and will be returning here for another task of sealing a tiled shower. He is a man of many skills."

"Owen and his crew were great. I'm out of state and got a handful of quotes from contractors. I provided Owen with the first quote and he added in several other things and charged me slightly less than the first guy wanted to. He was easy to talk to and assured me that he would get down to the root of bulging, cracking stucco around both sides of the back patio cover, a leak inside the kitchen window close to the right side of the back patio and 3 feet of stucco that was cracking up off the foundation throughout two panels on the right side of the house. He sent me pictures everyday of the progress and explained the issues he found. I saw the before and after pics day by day the job was getting done and despite not being there I could tell that all the work done was really A+. I would not hesitate to recommend Owen or hire him again in the future. He did everything he said he would and some more."

"Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"
