"For various scheduling and medical reasons, we have been unable to do many of our home projects that need doing. Andrew has been a terrific help. The jobs he's done so far for us are a repair water damages walls in a basement bathroom (including new drywall, mudding, etc., replacing trim, painting walls and trim) ($775) and replacement of an exterior door and frame that were rotted and misshapen ($1200 (including the door, which alone was $550)). We also have some issues with some of the cement blocks around the base of our garage walls that I asked Andrew to take a look at, but he said was outside his expertise.
