"The work was done very quickly and looked so much better afterwards. Friendly and knowledgeable. Priced decent for the job too."

"Highly recommended, super friendly, easy to work with and straightforward unlike most contractors. Thanks a bunch."

"I am very happy with the job they did, siding an addition, I added on. I would highly recommend them, Kyle was efficient and made sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for additional work."

"Job started a day later than scheduled due to their equipment being down. Job was originally scheduled for 5-7 days. Job actually took 2 weeks and salesman called into the third week saying the job was done. We have never had mold remediation done before and was selling our house. The explanation of how the job would go was vague at best. This is not a process we are familiar with having never been through it before. In the estimate there was a blanket statement of “any construction materials removed will not be replaced” (once again we were never explained anything about this process in regards to things being removed). Upon the job being completed the buyer noticed there was no mention of insulation replacement. We were 2 days from closing and had to hire someone to replace the insulation. The handyman hired to replace the insulation noticed other items had been removed by octagon. We were not left a list of items removed from the residence. I was just told by Matt Brown that “that’s why I gave you a referral of a weatherization company” for 8300$ one would think you might get a verbal explanation of items needing replacement or at least an itemized list. Hope we don’t need to go through this again because as Octagon will not be contacted again."

"Excellent service, great company. Skilled, accurate, reliable, clean. I contacted them to repair a leaking flat roof."

"I found 3 C’s tree service to be very hard working, professional and my work requested was completed in a safe, complete, and timely fashion."

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.

"James came over to do an estimate within days of my contacting him. His estimate was the best I received, with premium materials. He was able to schedule us very quickly, as my roof was actively leaking. His crew was quick and clean and the job was well done!! Thank you, James White !!"
