"Great work, Keith was prompt and thorough. He repaired the drip edge that Custom Remodelers did poorly when they did my roof. He also tucked in some loose siding. He checked out my roof and gutters and reported to me how they looked. What I really appreciated was willing to do a small job. Many contractors have a substantial minimum. I would recommend him and will definitely use him for all exterior jobs going forward!"

"Eagle Siding was great! They were communicative, diligent, and transparent. They did a phenomenal job with our siding - we’re still getting compliments. Highly recommend!"

"I hired Scott to repair damage to our siding and he did a phenomenal job. He was the 3rd contractor to bid the job. Scott was the only one who addressed every concern I had before I even brought it up. Without having made any commitments to hire him, within an hour of him leaving our house he called to tell me he tracked down our exact siding and found a distributor. That solidified my decision to hire him and exemplifies our experience with him. He made everything easy, had all the details worked out and communicated frequently. What I especially appreciated was his experience working with insurance companies. He knew exactly what they would need to process our claim quickly and without hassle. I highly recommend Scott and will hire him again if the need arises."

"Wonderful. Bill and his team were great to work with and the final product is just stunning. Our 115 year old house had so many old patch jobs, dead vines and discolorations, it needed a lot of help. Bill and his team re-patched the problem areas, chipped out old stucco, helped identify a long-term water issue and re-scathed the entire house. Our 115 year old house looks new again."

"From start to finish working with Twin Cities Siding Professionals was awesome! They really made the process easy which we greatly appreciated. I was impressed by the cleanup around the yard every day, the responsiveness and willingness to answer any and all questions. We got new siding and also needed to paint brick and get new gutters, all of which TCSP helped with, it was one smooth process even though there were multiple parts to the whole project. The final result is incredible, it looks like we have a new home!"

"I wish I could give a higher rating than “A” for Scott and Modern Exteriors!  My husband and I recently purchased a charming older home in South Minneapolis and called Modern Exteriors to take a look at the less-than-appealing stucco situation.  The previous owners had painted the house with bright pink paint.  They didn’t use stucco paint, so within a few months of moving in, the entire house was peeling.  Scott and his team sandblasted the house to reveal a substantial degree of damage that had previously been covered with excessive amounts of paint.  They patched all of the cracks and holes and even broke into some of the problem spots (like the chimney) to make sure that the structure was sound beneath the stucco.  After fixing all of the underlying problems, they redashed the entire house in a beautiful white finish.  They even reinforced the bolts holding all of the window boxes to the house.  Scott and his team were professional and considerate through the entire process: they always made sure my new windows and doors were taped and covered and they even made sure to cover the neighbors’ houses before sandblasting.  My neighbors even came by after to say how respectful and friendly they were.  I had a number of contractors come by to offer an estimate, but I’m very happy I chose to use Modern Exteriors.  I am absolutely in love with my new home and couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful result!"

"Mike with Higgins Construction came out promptly for a bid and was very thorough with the steps needed.  He was responsive and professional and worked with the narrow time frame when the window was going to be removed. We have an older home and he was able to match the siding and paint perfectly.  Great job and we would not hesitate to work with him again.

"I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. My old "farm" house is 2 stories, plus a walk-up attic, so this would have cost me a fortune as there is a lot of "territory" to be covered. It still is going to cost me a fortune, but Raul covered every crook & cranny to cut my costs immensely to make it affordable. I am so grateful for his assistance. Now, for the actual removal of the old wood and installation of the new siding...I may have to write another "review" when that actually happens...(to be continued!)."

"AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Chase and Bruce provided a fully detailed inspection and estimate for my roof and other home repairs. Great product, perfect install, wonderful customer service, and my insurance agent says they are the best. Highly recommend Excel Renovations without any hesitation."

"Our house had 30 year old siding that needed to be torn off and replaced along with soffit and fascia. We solicited bids from 8 companies. Wright At Home was the 2nd lowest bid. We chose them not just due to price but felt the quality and service would be very good. We were not disappointed! The attention to details from the initial meeting through the entire project was great. The quality of the work, again, great. The team was onsite working when we were told they would be here. The project was professionally run, finished on time as were told and they even cleaned up after themselves. The installation crew, equally as great. It was very obvious the install crew was very experienced and very well trained. I would highly recommend them to family, friends and neighbors. Good old fashion high quality work, service at a fair price."
