"

This was a very good experience from the beginning.  My contact was always with Bill McClellan, who would always return phone calls timely.  I had some cracks in my garage stucco due to normal settling and wanted them patched. The estimate was the same as I'd gotten from another company, but Bill provided more detailed information about the repairs, and mentioned that one of the areas required new metal lath.  He also offered me an Angie's list discount.

The work crew did a great job. They used a drop cloth and tape around the service door.  The work was efficient, too.  I saw the truck, the work and clean up was done quickly, and suddenly the truck was gone.  I needed to have one additional patch done and, again, I looked out the window and saw that it had been completed (early on a Saturday morning).

I would not hesitate to use this company again.  I did meet Bill in person and he is a very easy person to work with, but also is professional.

"Had a great experience with Bruce and Shane. Highly communicative and clear - went above and beyond to check for siding issues around the entire exterior of the house after repairing the issue that we noticed. Would absolutely hire again."

"First I had my roof replaced on the house and then I had the house, garage and a shed all resided. All stages went as planned, Ray is honest and has a lot of integrity. Ray delivered on everything we had agreed on and was right there to correct anything needing attention if necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend TRS Builders to anyone."

"My project was too small; they don't handle repair work. Although my request listed "repair"."

"Every part of the project was a thoroughly professional experience from the quote to review of the completed siding. These are the business and trades people that you dream of finding when you do not have a reference from friends or family. William's demeanor and questions at the sales quote visit immediately showed his experience and competence. Project supervisor Nick was an excellent communicator and a skilled tradesman. The crew was friendly, polite and did an excellent job installing James Hardy siding and aluminum soffit with fascia. It looks great and feels even better with lower heating bills already. Jennifer in the office kept us informed and updated. Contract, price, materials, labor, service and completion review were all outstanding. They also went above and beyond to demolish and build a new deck in time for a summer ending birthday party. I would not hesitate to call them for our next project and neither should you."

"Everything went beyond expectations. They spent a lot of effort to locate the proper cedar siding and made a beautiful repair."

"We were very happy with the work done by Ben and his crew. They were extremely hard-working and skilled, taking their time to do high quality work. We had a lot of rotten wood siding and trim that needed to be replaced before a complete exterior paint job, and they did an excellent job. They were professional and easy to work with. We have a few more projects around the house we need done soon, and we won't hesitate to call Ben to complete them."
