"

He did a very good job.  He primed the walls only because we had not decided what we were going to do or what color if we were going to paint.  This was a dining room only.

Sorry I can't remember the exact date or costs.

"Excellent. MR. Ventura and his staff did an excellent job. He removed the wallpaper and made the wall repair on day one and Painted the walls and trim on day two. I was so impressed, I gave him a $50 tip. I have recommended him to friends and family on social media."

"Painted trim throughout entire house. Repaired drywall and fastened loose windows."

"Perez Siding was very professional from the first visit to provide the estimate to the confirmation for installation and the installation. Their pricing was highly competitive, work quality was incredible (they went over and above), showed up on time and completed the job same day. I would highly recommend them and would gladly and enthusiastically hire them again."

"Quick response. Very good work and clean up. Maybe on the high side price-wise but don t have any annoying call-backs. Worth it."

"Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."
