Home Genius gave us estimates on various materials, and advice on what type of siding we needed to avoid the problem in the future. Color matching was very important since we only needed replacement one side of the house, and the new siding matches very well. The two men who installed the siding were both friendly and professional. They did a great job. The Project Manager came when the job was finished to make certain we were happy with the work. We would definitely call Home Genius for any future needs."

"The roof is pretty good. I would not give them 5 stars, but 4 stars, I guess. They weren?t very cheap, they were very expensive. They picked up, probably 80% of everything, there was stuff that I had to pick up myself. We had some problems with the roof, it is not a high pitch roof, it is a slanted roof, but it is very easy to walk around on. Near the edges, somehow it got kind of flatten out, water runs down the roof, then down fascia and when it to the bottom of the fascia it curves and drips towards the house and hits our windows. We never had this before.
They put ice guard on, but I don?t know if that was the problem or what.  

I did call them a couple of times last year & once just recently.  They say they will be there, will have to call you back to tell you exactly when we will be there, we are going to make an extra effort to get over there and see it, to let us know what they think. But, they never show up, they make promises. The roof came out pretty well overall!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
