"Ill give a little backstory. This was our first experience with storm damage and dealing with the Insurance claim nightmare. Capitol Siding, Windows & Roofing helped us newbies with the whole process. Their work is excellent, and they are super easy to communicate with and responsive. I will definitely come back to them with any future work I need done . Thanks Capitol Siding Team for making this a smooth and painless experience."

"Eagle Siding was great! They were communicative, diligent, and transparent. They did a phenomenal job with our siding - we’re still getting compliments. Highly recommend!"

"I hired Scott to repair damage to our siding and he did a phenomenal job. He was the 3rd contractor to bid the job. Scott was the only one who addressed every concern I had before I even brought it up. Without having made any commitments to hire him, within an hour of him leaving our house he called to tell me he tracked down our exact siding and found a distributor. That solidified my decision to hire him and exemplifies our experience with him. He made everything easy, had all the details worked out and communicated frequently. What I especially appreciated was his experience working with insurance companies. He knew exactly what they would need to process our claim quickly and without hassle. I highly recommend Scott and will hire him again if the need arises."

"The experience from the initial quote to the actual application of stucco was very smooth.  The explanation of the process and what to expect was very clear.
There were some repairs to the existing stucco (cracks) and this work was performed quickly and was well done.  Two weeks was allowed for the repairs to cure.  We asked for an estimate of when the follow on work would occur and Bill (McClellan) was right on time with his estimate.
The crew of four showed up on a Monday and began the process with prepping which included taping windows, removing gutter downspouts, removing lights, removing  house numbers, and erecting scaffolding.  Particular attention was used in lying down drop cloths.  It was clear that great care was taken to protect the house and plantings.
The individuals on the crew had clearly worked together for a long time and they worked very well together.  Everyone had a role and they used their time efficiently.
The end product is very well done.  It is apparent that the persons actually applying the mortar were trained and skilled craftsmen who had years of experience.  Their help with color and texture was very valuable.
The crew was very good about cleaning up.  They made certain that any mortar remains were cleaned up and that the driveway was washed down.

"They performed a complete residing with James Hardie product. I had 4 companies I asked for estimates. From the minute I met Alex I had a feeling he was going to win this job. He followed up with everything I asked regarding questions and the location of prior siding jobs they had done. The crew was so professional and worked together seamlessly . Every time I interacted with one of them I was impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. I definitely would refer my friends and neighbors to use this company. Actually, the work speaks for itself as I have never met so many of my neighbors before. Instead of the usual friendly wave, they are introducing themselves and asking about my siding. A great experience."

"Scott and his team did a great job on my project. Scott informed me of what to expect and kept me up to date on the process and progress. I had a dormer added to the front of my house and the new stucco matched the rest of the house EXACTLY!! They were there when they said they would be, and they cleaned up the whole work site very well!!! I am thrilled with the results! I would definately recommend Modern Exteriors, they are GREAT to work with! Jan S."

"Jaredâ s team did great work, and Jared was responsive and timely throughout the process. Envelope when I had a question months after the siding was installed, Jared came out immediately and helped me out."

"We had a great experience start to finish. Scott and Chad were wonderful, so if you're looking for stucco installation and want it done right, I'd highly recommend their services!"

"Chuck was fantastic! He came up with a very reasonable solution and consulted me along the way. The end result is exactly as we'd hoped - we have the clearance needed for the appliances, and it looks fantastic. In addition, Chuck is courteous, friendly, and professional. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work, and I felt he treated my home the way he would have treated his own. I will definitely be reaching out again for future projects."

"Krech replaced our Hardy Board siding 7 years ago. They did a great job. Just recently we could not find the color used for the garage door back then that matched the siding. I called Rick Van Fossen who handled sales for Krech then. Within a day he brought me the correct color swatch so we could repaint the garage door. He didnt charge anything for the effort. Great service years later!"
