"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I hired Advanced American Construction to repair my driveway, sidewalk, porch, and part of the garage. The cement in these areas had been raised and broken up by large cottonwood tree roots. To make everything uniform, I decided to have all the cement removed and replaced. After they removed all the cement they had to extract the tree roots (not an easy job). They re-poured all the cement and it looked incredible. They did an excellent job all around. This was a lot of cement, as the driveway is over 70 feet long. I also had them do a couple of other things (replace porch posts and corbels and run an irrigation line under the new driveway slab). The owner, George, is the nicest guy. He explained all the options available. He also didn’t ask for any payment until the job was complete (to my satisfaction). I definitely recommend this company and plan to use them in the future for roof and stucco repair."

"It went great! They were very quick to respond and get me on the schedule. Before the repair, they showed care and concern for my home by going above and beyond in preventative work. At no cost, he put a tarp over my roof to prevent leaking when a storm was coming. He also was very communicative with my insurance company to ensure the job was done in full and correctly. "It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.
