He checked out my roof and gutters and reported to me how they looked. What I really appreciated was willing to do a small job. Many contractors have a substantial minimum. "Bill came out and gave us an estimate to repair 2 major cracks in the stucco at our 1930s home, remodeled with an addition in the late 70s/early80s. The remodel had matched stucco but cracks had formed on both sides of the house. Bill's estimate was the cheapest and based on that and the comments already on Angie's list we decided to go with him to do the repairs. Bill came out and did the work in a day, he also repaired many other cracks and various items on the exterior of the house. Bill did his best to match the stucco, and I can barely see most of the small areas that he reapired - he did a very good job of matching."
