Many contractors would either not respond or promise an estimate and not show. Dan was on time and he provided us with the estimate before he left that same day. While waiting for the siding to arrive, Dan was very responsive, providing updates. Once the material arrived, the crew was very professional and worked efficiently. They would arrive at 8:00 am and leave at 5:00pm. The siding, fascia, soffit and gutters look perfect. Honestly, we could not have asked for anything more. I have been very satisfied with the quality of the work.  The house is sided with cedar shakes.  The paint lasts about 9 to 10 years before requiring a recoat.  (The trim lasts about half that interval.)  Very little peeling occurs in that interval; the trim has always been the worst offender.  The house is power washed in preparation.  Primer is used as required.  Spray equipment is used to apply the paint.   The paint is applied evenly without any runs.  Overspray is basically non-existent.

The workmen arrive when scheduled.  Rich, the owner is there during the beginning of the job and periodically during the job.  His foreman is there during the entire job.
