Get matched with top siding pros in Newry, ME

"They did a good job especially considering how brittle my old siding had become over the years. I’m pleased with their work and the price was right. I plan to hire them to do a couple more small jobs that I’m to old to do myself."

"We have also used this company for window and furniture cleaning. Each time we have been very happy with the services provided. I'd highly recommend Octagon (division of Maine Cleaning Services) to anyone!!"

"Hired to complete a small complicated close to the roadside, side walks, power lines and trees. Very professional and friendly, completed work scope in timely manner and were efficient."

"The gas company came in to replace a meter.  They found that the vinyl siding company we used in the past had cut and covered the safety valve.  The one night that it's super cold out, the gas company had to shut off our gas (heat)!! I called Richard at 9:00pm.  He got back to me first thing in the morning and had his crew take care of it by 7:30am.  They are really THE BEST!!  The gas company is here now and hopefully we'll have heat soon."

RES is a spin off of our successful sister company Five Star Holdings, LLC. For 20 years we have developed residential and commercial projects that we own. Seeing how hard it is for people to get contractors to even call them back, We decided to open RES. Our goal is to make the process stress free by offering quality service to our customers. Using our own staff, vetted subcontractors and venders we will get the job done.

"Brandon’s roofing and construction company was immensely helpful with the inspection on my property. They were quick to get someone out to look at the home I was purchasing and at a time convenient to my realtor and I. Brandon acted professionally and considerately and was able to meet all my property needs. I have been happily living in this home a few months now and have Brandon to thank. Thank you Brandon’s roofing and construction!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
