My side door into my garage had mud on it until I was able (had back surgery last year) to go out in June 2018 and clean door. The original assessment was thorough and had great pictures and description of what needed to be done. I also had a vent cap missing that I had planned to attempt to replace myself, but he measured and sent pictures and I purchased the cap and Jamie screwed it on for me.
