"The sales associate was very professional and knowledgeable about windows and doors.  When i emailed him to let him know we chose them, he called back pretty quickly on a Saturday and came by in a couple hours to do the paperwork.  The installation went well and the workers were professional and courteous.  We did find a tear in one screen a day later.  They responded quickly to repair it and the field supervisor found another install issue when assessing the screens, that was not done to "the standards of Window World".  They fixed this issue the following week.  Overall a fine process and we are enjoying the new windows, which make the house look much better from the street.

I had so much anxiety the week of construction, not knowing what they'd find tearing off siding on a 66 year old house. Cliff was so patient and walked us through every issue that came up. "We had a serious damaged stucco wall on the front of the house. I called Jason at Tri County for an estimate, he was very prompt to call back and set an appointment to see the job and give me an estimate. We hired him to do the job, he told us when he would be here and estimated time to do the job and he did what he said he would do. We had a couple days of weather delays and he always called to let us know and re-schedule. Jason is the only contractor that communicated and did what he said he would do and when. His crew did an excellent job, if you every have need to repair stucco I would highly recommend Tri County."
