"The sales process, the windows and the installation went great.  We had quotes from 6 different providers for the same kind of windows.  The quotes ranged from $12,300 to $39,000.  The next closest bid was $23,000.  They would take the blinds down and put them back up, but I knew I could do that - especially for $8,700 extra!!
Jack, the salesman and owner, came to our house.  He was very professional and told us some things about what to expect with the installation that none of the other companies had told us.  They sent a crew out of about 10 people.  They were very professional and conscientious about their work.  They cleaned up everything in the yard and the house very well.  They also asked questions about how we wanted the trim, etc. instead of just doing what they wanted to do.  They got all 28 windows installed in the same day.
Of the 6 companies we interviewed, Window World was the only one that supplied references, and they supplied about 100 as part of their initial sales packet.  The people I called had very good things to say.  Some of the other companies eventually gave us names to call, some just gave us an address, and some refused saying they couldn't because of "privacy issues", which doesn't make sense for a referral.  
The windows work well and look great.  I'm glad I chose Window World.

I called Jason at Tri County for an estimate, he was very prompt to call back and set an appointment to see the job and give me an estimate. We hired him to do the job, he told us when he would be here and estimated time to do the job and he did what he said he would do. We had a couple days of weather delays and he always called to let us know and re-schedule. Jason is the only contractor that communicated and did what he said he would do and when.
