"They arrived on time, and started to work immediately. I gave them the agreed-upon payment at the start, to purchase the required materials. I never saw them take a break, and, each time I had occasion to go outside, they were busy doing the job. When they were about 3/4 of the way complete, I added a requirement to add a rain-gutter, a downspout, and a splash guard; they went to the local supply store, and immediately undertook that added requirement. All of the work, the initially quoted work, and the added work, were finished in just 2 days, although the original work was projected to take 2 1/2 days, not including the rain-gutter, etc..
They cleaned up all work areas, and removed all scrap, so there was nothing for me to do.
I highly recommend Santos Contractors, Inc., and I will absolutely call them again if I need additional repairs on my home."
