She is now coming up on 5 years old. We recently relocated to Okaloosa county florida.We are here to stay. I have been in the residential construction line of work for 12 years. I love what I do! Making someones home change for the better, and working with the client through out the process is my kind of challange. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Lewis Thomas was a professional in craft and demeanor. He answered my call promptly, and was able to start right away. The pressure cleaning was fantastic. He did not rush it, and did a 2 step process on the flat surfaces. He did a fantastic job! The painting is meticulous and stunning. My paint was (1) creamy white color with different sheens for the ceiling, trim and walls. It has given my home an elegant backdrop. Not easy to do without looking like a newly built home with "chalk white" on the walls. Even with such a neutral color, the crisp lines between the ceiling, walls, and trim are stunning!

I added some things to the list as we went along ( picture hanging, patchwork,shower head, removing additional items from the wall,etc.) and he always did them without hesitation.

Mr. Thomas showed up everyday until my project was finished. If ANYTHING changed in his time frame for any given day, ( even by 30 min.) he would call/text me and let me know. Still in shock! If able, he also will come on weekends!

He and his crew excel at their craft, and were friendly to boot. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.

"I’m so glad we had the driveway painted! It finished off the clean crisp look of the house and is more hygienic as the unfinished concrete had dirt and mold on it. I don’t have to worry about that now, the water just beads off the driveway with a quick wash with the hose. Sal did a great job and we didn’t have to keep the cars off the driveway but a few days."

"It was outstanding.  They did everything I asked for and more, including my brick mailbox!!!  They also gave me a great price that was provided before any work started.  When they started cleaning my second floor on one side of the house they noticed that the first floor wasn't going to be as clean as the second floor so they did the first floor too, with no additional charge!!!

"Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."
