"Santiago and his crew are easy to work with, very professional, and do more than excellent concrete they do vinyl fencing with the same professional manner. In over 36 years of home ownership and having concrete pour I have never had a contractor that did it the old fashioned way with rebar and drilling rebar into any existing foundation. Thats hhow my grandpa and father said it was done right. All my other pours with other contractors were met with ?the fiberglass concrete is stronger than any rebar or mesh?. And over 36 years I had. Racked concrete. Santiago poured 28 yards of concrete and I am more than a satisfied customer. I?m a supporter."

"When we were having issues with our rentals plumbing, we reach out to Alex and he did not hesitate to come over and find out the issue. Knowing very well we could not do it ourselves, we hired him to get it done. Not only was he courteous and knowledgeable, he was able to fix our backing up problem swiftly. He is very professional, the work he provided fixed our issues in a timely manner and his rate was very resoanable. I highly recommend Cothren Plumbing and construction for any of your needs!"

"Hey, it's a roof.  it no longer leaks.  End of story.

"

"Taking into account the fickle fall weather here, it went exceptionally well. Our original intention was to fix a few leaks with a patch job. Upon opening up the roof, the contractor found some rotted joints and sheathing, along with water-damaged insulation. Determined it'd be better to construct a whole new roof support, Consequently, the cost went from $5400 to $6900. But we were assured the new roof would last 25-30 years. Their boss was very knowledgeable and personable, reiterating to call him anytime if any problems evolve. I believe Simple Works can easily set the standard for other roofers in Gallatin Valley (Montana)."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"Garage conversion job. They did a wonderful job! Super nice guys."

"They came early and did the complete roof while we were out of town. We were amazed, but discovered the crew did not replace some weak decking that we had discussed. The boss came out and looked at the roof again, and agreed with us the decking in several spots needed to be replaced. Within the same week, the crew came back out and tore off the brand new roof, fixed the decking, and replaced another brand new roof.

I was very impressed with their crew and attention to detail. They did not make any money on my roof, as they did it twice, and didn't charge me a penny more to fix what I was not happy with. I am completely sold on this company. If you are not happy with anything, they will fix it. I highly recommend this company!
