"We had an outstanding experience with Make a Choice Home Exterior. Our home is 3-sides brick and several pieces of siding and trim had begun to rot. We also had 2 fixed pane 4'x5' windows replaced and the entire house painted. Our project manager, Ivan was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a more professional person. He was attentive to our needs and desires and would offer recommendations when asked. It was obvious that customer satisfaction was his goal. At the end of everyday during our project, other than the completed work, we couldn't tell the work crew was onsite, everything was cleaned up! We already have other projects in mind for Make a Choice Home Exterior."

"Make A Choice was challenged with a huge job on our 39 year old house and met it with fantastic quality work, service and skills. Our job involved rebuilding our entire siding chimney, replacing much siding and rotted work, reworking and painting soffits, new gutters, putting on leaf guards, misc. exterior repairs, rebuilding our front porch railings and painting the entire house. We were absolutely thrilled to see the A+ job they did, sticking to their bid, working quickly and with very skilled workers (best painting I've ever had). Chuck, our job manager, was on top of everything - he quickly made any requested changes or corretions, and was very knowledgable about all aspects of home construction. The owner was always there when the city came to inspect for permits, and the house was built to all the codes. We are not used to having such perfect work from uncomplaining constructions folks! Make a Choice was one of the best decisions we ever made - thank you Make a Choice!"

"Low bid, honest, friendly...the best stucco work."

"Chris was very professional and did a great job. He matched the paint and siding perfectly."

"They did an excellent job on siding, windows, and gutters."

"Received this referral from Angi and I'm so happy they recommended this company. They were very responsive. I was able to speak with someone about the job I wanted done on a Sunday. They scheduled service for the next day, but we had to reschedule due to rain. The company immediately rescheduled me the day after the originally scheduled date. The technician showed up on time, was professional and very pleasant. The gentleman repaired the stucco near my garage. He worked hard for hours to get the job done without taking a break. This should be the go to company for home remodeling and home repairs."

"Ericks Co has worked on my 121-year-old house with services of exterior painting, deck staining, rot wood repair, window and screen repair (including reglazing), and pressure washing. His crew does exceptional work with great pricing. Erick is honest and has been punctual with projects. Hes my go to guy especially executing quality work with my old house which is the ultimate test for any contractor."

"Carl is an expert craftsman. He replaced siding, rebuilt our deck and brought it up to code. He has hung TV’s and built an additional closet for a bedroom space. You will never regret hiring Carl for the task. He is fair, knowledgeable and always exceeds our expectations."

"Original idea was to fix termite damaged siding and interior drywall/sheetrock due to termite damage, expecting to find some interior damage to studs in my detached garage and needing to repair/replace that too. Sergio identified and quoted other minor repairs that were needed on the structure, and even with the extras everything landed within my original budget. Didn't do any extra work that wasn't necessary and took care of some small extra work for free. He kept me up to date on status throughout the project without me needing to ask. A+ workmanship on everything, he clearly takes pride in his work. I had absolutely zero complaints. I will definitely come back to this business for any future home repair or renovation needs."

"Paul did a great job repairing several spots on my vinyl siding."
