"The work did not start on time and once it did took an extended period of time, with 4 workers. Another home in the neighborhood had the same thing done and they had 1 person working on the tear off and roofing and he finished before my roof was completed and they started at the same time. The roof itself was finished last summer in July and they have yet to put the fascia and soffet on the West side of my home. They also have not passed the inspection for the flashing around the chimney which they say is my responsibility but every chimney company I spoke to said that is the roofer's responsibility. I made the mistake of paying them for all of this with their verbal promise to complete everything within two weeks and that never happened."

"We recently hired Balsamroot Exteriors to replace our roof and gutters. The experience was flawless from start to finish. The initial consultation was refreshing. They gave an honest assessment and didn't force any immediate, high-pressure decisions, no "buy it now" sales tactics. The owner, John, gave a thorough and detailed presentation during the estimate, letting me decide based on the facts. They installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, and the house looks incredible. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left our property completely spotless. The GAF HDZ shingles look highly durable, and we love the peace of mind that comes with their excellent warranty. Balsamroot Exteriors provided competitive pricing, clear communication, and top-tier craftsmanship. I highly recommend Balsamroot Exteriors to anyone in need of roofing services in the Spokane and surrounding area. Their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service exceeded my expectations!"

"Our experience was excellent. Professional service and quality work. We needed siding work done and RROC was happy to do the job that others didn’t want to do. Other companies wanted to redo our entire house. We only needed a portion of siding done. We are grateful to have found them. ."

"They were very thorough with explaining all the options and benefits between the different options for siding. Melia and Eric were very helpful and knowledgeable."

"FullTime Contractor replaced seven windows in my home, and replaced a double door to the deck, with a slider. I was very pleased with the services of Jason Olinger and his field team; noteworthy: (1) informative website, (2) discovery & review meetings clearly identified options, scope, schedule, and cost; a concise Statement of Work was developed; (3) periodic 'touch-bases' informed me of visits for measurement, status of material order, materials delivery, planned installation dates, and progress reviews/updates; (4) materials delivery was smooth; (5) install was smooth, and the install team very friendly and informative; (6) quality of work was exceptional; (7) customer satisfaction inquiry was appreciated; and (8) billing was clear and simple. I highly recommend Mr. Olinger & his FullTime Contractor team and won't hesitate to call upon them again, soon!"

"This project bridged through the the difficult Covid-19 outbreak. They did a superb job of working through this challenging time with us. The craftmanship was outstanding with great attention to detail. They provided knowledgeable input when we had questions or wanted to run suggestions by then. They were honest and professional to work with. We are bringing them back to work on our next project. We would highly recommend them! Tom & Terri Rehwald"
