I was very impressed with his inspection of our home, getting into the attic to inspect areas we didn't even know about. My manager Leonard was on top in communicating, the workers arrived at the appointed time, and got right to work. The new roof looks beautiful! I was very impressed with how coordinate the workers were. From the install to clean up they did EXACTLY what was told to us. Now we're excited to get the siding done too! This entire team has been very thorough and professional right from the getgo, highly recommend this company!"

"Sales process was painful and was the least enjoyable contracting experience I have ever had. Salesman used a bait-and-switch in the contract and ultimately suckered me out of extra cash to do the work we had originally agreed upon. Then didn't listen to my instructions and wrote the contract for the wrong siding. His boss promised to call and follow up within a week with possible options to remedy. Never called.
Production guys were ok. Enjoyed having them here, even though they scratched up some of my personal possessions, they didn't clean up, they cut the gutter downspout the wrong length, and the quality of their finish work was average at best. But my real issue is with the sales staff. Never again."

The siding material was new to him as it was to most builders who estimated this job, SmartSiding, and he researched the product and installed it according to the manufacturers guidelines. The end result looks great. We had to overcome several poor designs from the original build and Lamar and his crew problem solved these difficulties to perfection. Their attention to detail and work ethic are outstanding. I'm a bit of a difficult person to please, some say a perfectionist, and I highly recommend his service for any building or remodeling project."

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

The work was completed by Troy and his assistant in a professional manner...work space was kept clean, shortcuts were NOT taken, effective sealing, painting and cosmetic work. The building looks so much better, the siding nearest the ground no longer has areas of wood rot. The Hardiplank will last “forever”; Troy ensured problems were resolved before slapping “a fix” over the wood rot. The job took less than 6 man days (3 work days)."
