Get matched with top siding pros in Saint Francis, MN

"Bill is friendly, very knowledgeable, and sharp. He knows the stucco business well. I had contacted 3 stucco companies and through reference checking and site visits selected two for final bids. I selected Bill based on final price. He and his crew arrived on time, and showed up when they said they would. The were very professional. I had a couple of areas that I needed taken care of, and they were more than happy to take care of them for me. They worked well with the other subs. The best part was seeing the finished product! They color matched the siding on our garage almost exactly!! I found out that Bill is one of the best color guys in the industry and it came through on our project. McClellan Stucco is one company I would pay more for. Their work is what made our project look great and I do believe you get what you pay for. I highly recommend him!"

"We highly recommend using Twin Cities Siding Professionals! It was an outstanding experience working with Troy and Jeff to replace our old, outdated siding with new beautiful vinyl siding! From the very start they were professional, friendly and they listened to our needs and never tried to oversell us like we experienced with other companies. The TC siding job crew did high quality work and got it done efficiently! Jeff and Troy were available to answer any of our questions the entire time. We will be recommending TC Siding to all of our friends and family and look forward to using them on any jobs we need in the future!!"

"Stucco on the west side of the house had been buckling for a few years and needed to be removed, patched and re-dashed. We called Scott based on Angie's List and could not be happier with the results. I was worried that it would look horrible and the stucco color for the patch would not match the rest of the house, but it turned out beautifully. Scott and his crew were very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I can't even tell where there was a problem. Quote was right on and they cleaned up very well. Very pleased with Scott and his company."

"Eric did a great job while giving me my quote. He was very knowledgeable and found some issues with my siding that I hadnt noticed yet. He showed me the product that DaBella was offering and the differences in other siding materials. He worked very hard to make the siding replacement quote affordable and fit all of our needs. I cannot wait to get the new siding."

"Had a great experience with Bruce and Shane. Highly communicative and clear - went above and beyond to check for siding issues around the entire exterior of the house after repairing the issue that we noticed. Would absolutely hire again."

"Chris was awesome to work with. I would use him again for any construction projects. We had stone siding installed and you would never even know he was there. All debris was cleaned up and the project timeline happened just as he said it would. Prompt return of calls and texts. Really a nice guy."

"Working with the teams that completed the actual work on my new siding, roof, and gutters were great! However, dealing with the sales managers in the office was incredibly disappointing. I was told my contract was *all inclusive* when I signed, yet my drip edges were not replaced and then I was told that they were not in the contract. Then my gutters needed an additional 25 that was not in the contract. An additional $250 later, and all was done. No concessions, no apologies for their mistakes."

"I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."
