Additionally, the installation teams were outstanding, which involved one installation team for widows and a patio door and a different installation team for siding. We literally had 16 window installation companies come out and do the â dog & ponyâ window demonstration, but for whatever reason we had not landed on a specific company. On the day we met with Adam Shaikh, from Exterior Max, we had two earlier consultations. It was rainy and late in the evening, Adam called prior to arriving and we were considering canceling. One of the prior companiesâ offer sounded competitive for the window portion of our project, and after so many window companies demo we had considered just revisit the sliding glass doors at another point. Adam persuaded us to keep the appointment. He said give me a chance I'll make it worth your while. He was right, his catalog was more robust, his product knowledge was immense, and he fully understood exactly the vision that we had for our renovation plans. COVID impacted most industries across the board and most of the vendor weâ d met with gave us an extended installation window of 4month, not Exterior Max there timetable was steady at 4-6 weeks. I am beyond elated with the service, products and pricing that Exterior Max offers. On our initial project we replaced 30 Casement windows and three sliding glass doors. They did such an amazing job we used them immediately for our roof and gutter replacement project. Looking forward to doing our siding with Exterior Max in the very near future."

"Not entirely happy. My contract was for shingles and I must say the roof looks great. I was hoping to give this company all five stars but I can't. I had three issues during the shingle replacement; my gutter guard was completely removed on one side of the house, the trailer with the old roofing debris was left parked in my driveway for two days and I could not communicate with the workers due to minimal knowledge of the English language. I contacted Modern Renovations on Monday before noon to inform them the work was completed on Saturday but the trailer was still in my driveway, my gutter guard had been removed without my approval, I could not communicate with the workers due to the language barrier. I did not even mention that some of my flowers and plants on my deck were damaged. The office assistant informed me she would try to get some answers concerning the trailer and gutter guard. I received a call about thirty minutes later and was informed the trailer had a flat tire and that was why it was still there and the gutter guard would be fixed. I checked the trailer and there was no flat tire. Someone lied to her. The workers arrived around 2:00 p.m. on Monday and had to go through the debris on the trailer to locate all the pieces of my gutter guard. Most of the pieces were under the old roofing debris and were bent due to all the weight. The workers attempted to get all the kinks out and then they reinstalled them. What has happened to customer service? The company should have offered to replace the damaged gutter guards. Was thinking of using this company to replace my gutters but I will go with someone else."
