"Nova Plastering repaired my stucco around my window. They resealed the wood and did an amazing job. They were ontime and fair on the price. I would highly recommend them for any stucco needs."

"Eric did a very good job at discussing my project which was the complete re-stucco of my house. Eric made me feel good about hiring him. He worked with my painter's timeline to make sure the best job was completed in a timely manner. Primarily, The Stucco Shop had to complete the acrylic coat and wait for the painters to complete their portion of the job. Eric then finished the stucco right away. I really appreciate the finished stucco, especially, the texture that I was looking for. Clean up was excellent as was the overall quality of the work. I would be very glad to hire The Stucco Shop again and to recommend them to others. Eric's crew was very professional, quick and focused on my project."

"Great service at a reasonable price. Called - went thought what was needed and he came out that afternoon and did the work. Cleaned up the area - would recommend him."

"On a home built in 1957 Approved Contractor Inc (ACI) installed new construction windows and sliding glass doors, stripped the house of old siding, removed old plywood sheathing and old insulation, and then insulated and stuccoed the house. What was important was not only finding a reputable construction company, but also one that would coordinate the total project. The added benefits were quality work and high-end material, at a competitive price. Of note, was the stucco method (4 layers-coats - scratch, brown, finish and texture). The texture coat is an elastomeric paint (color of my choosing) that is water repellent, reflective and provides an even color on the walls - with a lifetime warranty. Other stucco contractors stop on the finish coat, with the color in stucco. In addition ACI uses its own subcontractors. ACI was professional, flexible, and did really great work. ACI was a superb choice."

"Stucco repair. Very professional and reasonable price."

"First Rate Remodeling was professional and detail oriented. The project came in on budget. Robert was able to help me visualize the end results and was able to adapt the project when unforeseen problems arrived. They made my house a show piece and I have recommended them to all my friends."

"Alex and his crew of one did an excellent repair/replace job on some serious dry rot/termite damage on roof and siding resulting in a serious window leak. They were timely, professional and communicated quickly and effectively from the bid to the cleanup after the project was finished. I would certainly hire him again."

"Came on schedule and we agreed on a fair price. Meat or exceeded all expectations."

"Needed trim replacement over my carport. Joel at Green Light was very responsive to my request. He made a site visit and explained what he needed to do to complete the project. He and his crew arrived on time and with the supplies they needed. They were professional and thorough. The project was completed on budget and clean up was impressive. I would recommend them for anyone with a large or small project."

"Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again."
