"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "After interviewing many contractors over a period of three months, we hired Alpine Exteriors to completely remove and replace the siding on our tri-level victorian home with James Hardie Board, install new gutters and paint both our house and large workshop. Their bid was very competitive with other bids, but with more extras included. Dale Myrick, owner of Alpine Exteriors, and crew, were a pleasure to deal with. They were always on time, worked through rain and heat, kept the worksite immaculate, and greeted us each morning with a polite hello. Their workmanship is of the highest quality. The siding and new facia fits as it should, with no gaps or cracks to be found anywhere. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up, even using a small blower to clean our stairs. We have been in the same house for 28 years, having worked with a fair amount of contractors during that time . But Dale's crew is hands down the best we have ever dealt with, on any project. After the many disappointments of dealing with no shows, shoddy workmanship, broken promises, and rude contractors, we were so lucky to have found Alpine Exteriors. "Went well. The technician troubleshot the failure and found the damper mechanism had failed. He removed the unit and forced the baffle to the fully open position to give me some cooling to the refrigerator side until the replacement came in. The technician returned with the part, replaced it, and performed a functional test. We were well please with his service."
